- 1 small apricot, pitted and sliced
- 1 small plum, pitted and sliced
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- ½ cup strong black tea, completely cooled (I used Earl Grey)
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 4-6 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
