White Tea Rose Latte

Serves: 1 cup
  1. Whisk together water, coconut milk, tea, rose water and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Turn heat to medium and gently bring the liquid to a simmer. Once it begins to simmer, set a timer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let steep for 5 more minutes.
  2. Strain tea using a fine mesh strainer into a high-powered blender. Add collagen and honey to blender and blend on high for 20 seconds until frothy.
  3. Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until cold and serve with ice.
