  1. Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat and add the tea, clove, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  2. Steep for 10 minutes, then stir in the honey and chill at least 30 minutes.
  3. To serve, fill an 8-ounce glass to the top with crushed or shaved ice, then pour the chilled tea on top.
Notes
Coconut milk (as pictured) is an optional topping!
