Garlic & Lemon Wilted Chard

- 2 bunches swiss chard, washed, tough stem ends removed, chopped into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic gloves, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt, to taste
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium-low heat (I use a pot because it's easier to get all the chard in there before it wilts).
- Add garlic, cook and stir just until fragrant.
- Add chard and lemon juice, stir to coat chard with garlic and lemon juice.
- Cover pot, and steam until wilted, about 4-6 minutes.
- Remove from heat, uncover, sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
