Garlic & Lemon Wilted Chard

Ingredients
  • 2 bunches swiss chard, washed, tough stem ends removed, chopped into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic gloves, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-low heat (I use a pot because it's easier to get all the chard in there before it wilts).
  2. Add garlic, cook and stir just until fragrant.
  3. Add chard and lemon juice, stir to coat chard with garlic and lemon juice.
  4. Cover pot, and steam until wilted, about 4-6 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, uncover, sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
