Melon, Grapefruit & Cucumber Spritz

  • 1 cup peeled and cubed cantaloupe
  • ½ cup peeled and cubed seedless cucumber
  • ½ large grapefruit, peel and pith removed, segments chopped
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • Ice, for serving
  • Sprig of thyme or rosemary
  1. In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, cucumber and grapefruit on high speed until smooth and liquified.
  2. Set a fine mesh strainer over a wide-mouthed glass or measuring cup and strain the liquid well. Discard the leftover pulp and froth.
  3. Transfer beverage to your desired serving glass. Stir in sparkling water just before serving, and add ice to chill. Serve immediately with the sprig of thyme or rosemary as a garnish or in the glass for added flavor.
