Minty Mango Lassi

  • 2 large mangoes, chilled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mint, shredded
  1. Combine all ingredients except mint in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the lassi into serving glasses and garnish with mint.
