Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, and Dates

Ingredients
  • 2 pound brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 pound of bacon, chopped
  • 10 large dates, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Half the sprouts, chop the bacon, and dice the dates.
  3. Combine all ingredients onto a large baking sheet, cover in oil and salt.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 min.
