Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, and Dates

- 2 pound brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 pound of bacon, chopped
- 10 large dates, diced
- 2 tablespoons of avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Half the sprouts, chop the bacon, and dice the dates.
- Combine all ingredients onto a large baking sheet, cover in oil and salt.
- Bake for about 25-30 min.
