  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ banana
  • ½ apple
  • 2-3 heaping handfuls of spinach
  • 2-3 cubes of ice (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Add a scoop of collagen powder for a bit of extra nutrition.
