I used a smaller sized biscuit cutter to create mini buns once baked.
FOR THE MEAT:
Season meat with salt, AIP-friendly seasoning and nutritional yeast. Mix well and set aside in a medium-sized bowl for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
Add finely chopped onion to an oiled pan and sauté over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef to the pan and sauté until cooked through.
Lower heat slightly and add cherries and continue to sauté another 3 to 5 minutes.
Assemble sliders, garnish with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
