Thyme Blueberry Pork Patties

Serves: 4-6
- 1 pound ground pork
- ½ cup fresh blueberries, washed and sliced in half
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients by hand.
- Form 4 large patties or 6 medium patties.
- Fry in a dry skillet over medium heat.
- Cook 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
