Pineapple Mango Smoothie Popsicles

Ingredients
  • 16 oz chopped mangoes (about 2 cups)
  • 16 oz chopped pineapples
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lime, the juice of
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or more as desired
  • ΒΌ teaspoon turmeric
  • Optional: Add pieces of a fruit of your choice to the popsicles before freezing for a little pizzazz!
Instructions
  1. In a high speed blender, add water first. I prefer to place liquids first as it seems to make for better blends.
  2. Next, add remaining ingredients and blend on high until you have a beautiful, silky smoothie texture!
  3. Pour smoothie mixture into your popsicle molds and allow to freeze for an hour before inserting popsicle sticks.
  4. Continue freezing for at least 5 more hours or overnight. Enjoy!
