- 1 banana
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon coconut concentrate
- 1 tablespoon collagen
- 1 cup spinach
- ice cubes, optional to taste
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine. Add ice cubes if smoothie is not cold or thick enough.
- Enjoy immediately.
