Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon collagen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ice cubes, optional to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine. Add ice cubes if smoothie is not cold or thick enough.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
