Ingredients
  • 1 small head of broccoli, chopped
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • ⅓ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¾ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
