Moroccan-Inspired Broccoli Salad

- 1 small head of broccoli, chopped
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
