Serves: ½ cup
- ⅓ cup black olives, pitted
- ⅓ cup green olives, pitted
- ⅓ cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp smoked sea salt (I used Alder smoked salt)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Place all ingredients in food processor.
- Process on high for 30 seconds.
- Set aside.
