Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup black olives, pitted
  • ⅓ cup green olives, pitted
  • ⅓ cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp smoked sea salt (I used Alder smoked salt)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Process on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Set aside.
