Pomegranate Cider

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 whole clove
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain and serve.
