Marjoram Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheetwith parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Melt solid cooking fat.
  3. Cut cauliflower into florets, put in large mixing bowl. Pour fat over cauliflower.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to bowl, mix well to coat cauliflower.
  5. Pour cauliflower on baking sheet, spread out evenly.
  6. Roast in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until browned and crispy.
