- 4 ounces plain coconut yogurt
- ¼ cup minced, peeled and seeded cucumber
- 2 tablespoons finely minced white onion
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ¼ teaspoon grated lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients together. For best results, prepare at least 1 hour prior to serving to allow the flavors to marry.
