My Cookbooks
If you are looking for recipes that comply with the Autoimmune Protocol–meaning no grains, beans, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, or nightshades, or even for more information about the protocol along with meal plans, I’ve got you covered! I have drawn on my background as a private cook, working in households to provide them with nutrient-dense meals for their families to enjoy, as well as my personal experience living with and healing from autoimmune disease to write these meal plans and recipes.
Originally, the cookbook was released as an e-book, and after the overwhelming positive feedback I decided to self-publish a hardcover version (with the help and contributions of many of my blog readers, which I am so grateful for!). Although the “meat” of the book remains the same (recipes, meal plans, and basic information), I spent many months expanding the introductory material, adding 2/3 more photos, and redesigning the entire book to translate better to print. What I came up with is a resource that I hope will inspire you to embark on the Autoimmune Protocol, as well as give you all of the tools you need to be successful!
Below I have gone through and detailed what is different about the two versions, and how you can purchase each of them. Please note I will not be releasing an online version of the hardcover edition, but I will continue to sell the e-book, which is compatible with both iPad and Kindle.
