The Autoimmune Wellness Podcast
Welcome to The Autoimmune Wellness Podcast! We created Season 1 of this podcast as a free resource to accompany our book, The Autoimmune Wellness Handbook: A DIY Guide to Living Well with Chronic Illness. Subsequent seasons
We designed this podcast to be an accessible, free resource to spread the word about what, in our experience, is the most effective way to treat and heal autoimmune disease. In each episode, we cover one of the seven steps on the autoimmune wellness journey that appear in our book: Inform, Collaborate, Nourish, Rest, Breathe, Move and Connect.
Click the links below to see each episode’s shownotes where you’ll find detailed recaps of what we cover in the episode, as well as links to the podcast on iTunes, Stitcher and more.
