The quarterly Community Update is our chance to give you a heads up about AIP community news, podcasts, video series, and local in-person meet-up groups. If you have started a local support group on Facebook (no pages please), send the link to [email protected] and we will promote it!

NTA Enrollment Now Open

Want to be a health coach? The Nutritional Therapy Association is now enrolling for their May 2019 class cycle! Registration closes April 26, 2019 and courses begin May 6, 2019. Mickey is a graduate of the NTA and has a lot of insight to share regarding her experience. We’ve recently updated our website to better connect you with your AIP community and we can’t wait to show it to you! Our new “Find Your AIP Community” page shows you – in interactive map form – the AIP meetups and AIP bloggers in your area. Use your mouse to scroll around and explore the map and click the pins to find a link to each group/blog. If you’d rather see this info in list form, just scroll to the bottom of the page for our full AIP meetup group list, organized by region. Check it out here.

AIP Meetup Groups

Find a local networking group centered around the Autoimmune Protocol! Be advised that these are not disease-specific support groups, but are to facilitate in-person networking and support for those on or considering the Autoimmune Protocol. Each group has their own moderation and rules for membership, but generally they are private and supportive of those on their healing journeys. Know that this listing does not imply endorsement by Autoimmune Paleo, groups are not run by us, and your request to join and any information you may encounter in these groups is at your own risk.

If possible, please request membership in a group local to where you live — after all, the whole idea is to get together with others in your community who are facing similar challenges! Health coaches, practitioners, online marketers, and others trying to sell their products, know that many of these groups are well moderated and solicitation will not be tolerated. If there isn’t a group near you, consider starting your own and letting us know about it on our contact page!

Hi there – Do you have any way to get in contact with the owners of the AIP groups? I’ve been trying to get into the Seattle AIP Facebook group, but I don’t think the moderator/admin is managing the group any more 🙁 Maybe time to add a 2nd admin? Really hoping to get some local tribal knowledge from Seattle AIPers! Thanks so much 🙂

  Hi Jessica! Unfortunately we aren’t in touch with the owners or moderators, we just publish the links. I would try messaging the admins on FB to see if that helps!
